Bay Area Choral Groups
The Bay Choral Guild is a 40-voice, auditioned chorus based in Palo Alto with singers from around the Bay Area. BCG's outstanding musical ensemble and rich repertoire are the foundation for innovative programs that bring works together in new and unusual ways. Our concerts offer both audiences and singers the opportunity to enjoy fresh and exciting choral music experiences, and balance enjoyment of the music with new insight and understanding.
The Berkeley Community Chorus and Orchestra is a non-auditioned community chorus that performs major classical works. With the support of the community, the chorus performs each winter and spring, bringing free music to the general public. BCCO performs under the direction of Ming Luke.
The California Bach Society is a 30-voice chamber choir specializing in Renaissance and Baroque music. We present four concerts each season in Palo Alto, San Francisco, and Berkeley. The 2013-2014 season will include Monteverdi's 1610 Vespers, Cantatas from 17th century Germany, and a Mozart and Haydn program with the New Esterházy Quartet.
The International Orange Chorale of San Francisco (IOCSF), led by Artistic Director Zane Fiala, was founded in 2003. Named after the color of the Golden Gate Bridge, the International Orange Chorale of San Francisco is an auditioned all-volunteer chamber choir devoted to performing established repertoire of all periods, with particular attention to contemporary music, including newly commissioned works by promising composers.

The Masterworks Chorale of San Mateo is critically recognized as one of Northern California's finest choral ensembles.
